Our stay at the Marriott exceeded all our expectations! The facilities were fantastic, and my children especially loved the pool. The room was spacious enough to comfortably fit our whole family. One delightful surprise was the turndown service – something we don’t often encounter at other hotels. It came just at the right moment, as we were about to run out of drinking water, and they quickly took care of it. We were really impressed with the thoughtful touches and extra care they provided!

I appreciated the cleanliness and the availability of standard amenities, which made my experience comfortable and convenient. The staff were particularly helpful; when I encountered an issue with the toilet bowl, they promptly assisted in getting it serviced. Their responsiveness and willingness to help added a positive touch to my stay.

Everything was excellent, from the room to the pool. I didn't get a chance to lose money at the casino; maybe next time.

I spent my birthday weekend at Marriott, and their team went all out in making me and my child feel so welcome and special. I had birthday bunting, balloons, and a yummy chocolate mouse with a red velvet base confection that was absolutely divine. How did you know that was my favorite?! 😍 My spa experience was similarly beautiful, with more cake and a top-notch masseuse who looked after us. So here's a special shout-out to Mari and Trish from the Front Desk; Shane and the housekeeping Team; Louie at Goji; and, Lea and Cris from Quan Spa. You all made our stay and my birthday really memorable.

The employees are very nice especially Raine. Very warm and friendly. I like the pool, it is very safe for the children. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Lots of food variety. And even for lunch and dinner a lot of restaurants nearby so you have a lot of options.

1.) Hospitality of the staff was excellent. 2.) Check in was extremely fast and courteous. 3.) ATM's in lobby was a great convenience(safe withdrawing a lot of money at one time). 4.) Salon/barber in hotel was a great feature. 5.) Bell hop-Dennis was extremely helpful upon checkout.

Real Marriott experience. Extremely helpful front desk, especially Kristine! Rooms are big bright and very comfortable. Smokie Moto restaurant was also awesome with great Korean food and excellent service. Hotel is connected to Casino and Swissotel which have also great restaurants. Pool was also exclusive and water nice and cool.

The hotel had good facilities. I really enjoyed the pool area, the gym and the spa. The food was excellent in the goji both for breakfast and evening meal and the pool bar had a great vibe too. The staff were lovely.

Service - best in class. I have been to top hotels in India and the service here is comparable. The facilities were great as well. Just wanted to note that the restaurants get fully booked at dinner time. guests should book at least a day in advance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The wifi was a bit slow and the internet tv was not functioning properly due to slow connection. We also had an issue with the room AC but they sent someone immediately to get it fixed Pool - not heated but it is nice to swim during the morning because it gets shaded
