I appreciated the cleanliness and the availability of standard amenities, which made my experience comfortable and convenient. The staff were particularly helpful; when I encountered an issue with the toilet bowl, they promptly assisted in getting it serviced. Their responsiveness and willingness to help added a positive touch to my stay.

I spent my birthday weekend at Marriott, and their team went all out in making me and my child feel so welcome and special. I had birthday bunting, balloons, and a yummy chocolate mouse with a red velvet base confection that was absolutely divine. How did you know that was my favorite?! 😍 My spa experience was similarly beautiful, with more cake and a top-notch masseuse who looked after us. So here's a special shout-out to Mari and Trish from the Front Desk; Shane and the housekeeping Team; Louie at Goji; and, Lea and Cris from Quan Spa. You all made our stay and my birthday really memorable.

1.) Hospitality of the staff was excellent. 2.) Check in was extremely fast and courteous. 3.) ATM's in lobby was a great convenience(safe withdrawing a lot of money at one time). 4.) Salon/barber in hotel was a great feature. 5.) Bell hop-Dennis was extremely helpful upon checkout.

Real Marriott experience. Extremely helpful front desk, especially Kristine! Rooms are big bright and very comfortable. Smokie Moto restaurant was also awesome with great Korean food and excellent service. Hotel is connected to Casino and Swissotel which have also great restaurants. Pool was also exclusive and water nice and cool.

Service - best in class. I have been to top hotels in India and the service here is comparable. The facilities were great as well. Just wanted to note that the restaurants get fully booked at dinner time. guests should book at least a day in advance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The wifi was a bit slow and the internet tv was not functioning properly due to slow connection. We also had an issue with the room AC but they sent someone immediately to get it fixed Pool - not heated but it is nice to swim during the morning because it gets shaded

the hotel crews are friendly and very helpful... reception staff like patricia sta maria is very welcoming she even offered me for a marriot membership hence a rm upgrade.. experience in the lounge @the 15th flr is very memorable, staffs there have a very lovely service esp.. rona and carylle .. they are always monitoring us and asking if we need anything they treated the guests in that area with a very excellent service.. .. having an amazing staycation n this hotel.. tnx

The location is good because there are many restaurants and tourist spots near the hotel.

We had a great stay. The rooms were a good size and we really liked the side lounge set up, it allowed us to use an additional bed for our little boy. Breakfast was great with many options and a lot of it cooked fresh.

When we announced we were just married, they applied an upgraded suite for us at no extra charge.
